This is a great, amazing, nice quality steampunk top hat - for kids or tiny heads. I got it for my 11yo daughter and it fit her perfectly . . . which means it is really small. The quality is great tho. Apparently we got lucky & it arrived undamaged. The banding is smooth and comfortable. The embellishments are on point & well finished. The feather & gears bit is actually a hair clip which is great for when she gets tired of wearing the hat she can still have some detail in her hair. The goggles come off too and are adjustable to wear like a headband. They are super dark so I would not suggest actually wearing them. We added a few more gear embellishment and some 'stitched' leather patches to rustic it up a bit more. Please make sure you measure and check the size chart before ordering. The circumference of my head 22" & this hat is too small for me to wear - it just sits on top but will tip over if I turn my head. I could add a couple loops to the underside to secure it with bobby pins or a hat pin if I do my hair in an up-do. The sizing listed is wrong for the particular style that I chose - I do not think it will fit many 'average' size adult heads. BUT other than that it is a great hat and actually perfect for my daughter.

Unable to remove the hard plastic from the inside of the hat the hat is not soft it's extremely hard around the rim

This comparatively inexpensive hat, has a nice finish, and doesn’t look ridiculous on people with smaller heads! I am usually a maker, but I needed some thing quickly. Frankly, it would have cost me more than the price of the hat to buy the materials.Very happy. Recommend.

Been searching for this style hat for a while now my husband fell in love with the one worn by Linda Perry of 4 non blondes in the What's Up video looks exactly as pictured fits snug my only problem is in the shipping it was in a large box way too big for the hat allowing it to be tossed within the box and crushed and dented in several places some of which I have not been able to correct but otherwise exactly what I was looking for and exactly as depicted in the program

This hat is great quality and looks nice, but I'm a female, 5'2, 143 lbs and this hat is too tight on my head. It will sit on top of my head, but it's very tight if you try to push it down at all to get it to stay on. Probably going to return it.

Bought this hat for a steampunk tea and was impressed with the quality..cute feather and rose..a little tight in the fit but I have a bigger head than most. Lol

This hat is perfect for my Stevie Nicks costume! I would have given 5 stars, except whoever packed it, put it in the wrong type of box and it got a big damaged, but I love it anyway! Hopefully the company can come up with a better way of packaging to protect the brim of the hat.

Den har 61cm i omkrets, men formen är väldigt rund. Mitt hivid är mer avlångt och därför blir det ganska högt tryck på pannan. Kvaliteten är annars bra och den gjorde succé. Känns rätt. Inga transportskador.
