Mighty Bottom Bracket Tool

This tool worked out very well. When I first used it I had forgotten how to take apart the bottom bracket (i.e. which side first, which direction to loosen) and I instead of loosening, I tried tightening to about 250+ ft-lbs! (I stood on a 1/2" breaker bar!) and this tool held up with no problem, no stripped tenth, no deformation, didn't try to come out of the nut. I later found the correct dis-assembly order and this tool easily removed the bottom bracket.I wouldn't recommend testing the tool like I did, but I found it to be a remarkably strong tool.

Don't know what to say. It's a new bottom bracket tool. Packaging was sufficient. Price was great... That's all I got.

Useless due to poor manufacturing. See the attached photo. Bad casting. Burrs on the teeth, inconsistent tooth thickness and spacing. Totally useless. I ended up trying to "fix" it by filing down the burrs with my needle files, but that wasn't enough to make this tool work properly. No idea if this was just my bad luck, or if they're all like this. If this is a representative sample, I'd steer clear.

Excellent product, great price and works as well as the more expensive brand for removing free hubs.

Isn't quite machined right, good enough but on a precision instrument it should be tighter in their tolerances.

Doesn't fit flush and is a pain but still can make it work.

Great tool. I had no problem using it to remove my internal spline bottom bracket. I chose it because it has the 1/2" socket drive which made it very easy to use.

Has worked well for me on two seperate occasions and likely will in the future.
