This medical alert bracelet is a good piece. It is subtle and attractive as well as sturdy and durable. The info I supplied for engraving was meticulously duplicated onto the bracelet. The engraving is clear, although tiny. The medical personnel will have to use their reading glasses to see the tiny print BUT the print is clear and deeply engraved. A word of advice: watch your spacing choices when you detail what you want engraved. Because the font is SO tiny, spaces and punctuation become important. I made one small spacing mistake--unknowingly I left out a space in my allergies list. It did not ruin the legibility of the bracelet but it did make it slightly more difficult to see. So word to the wise-- go back and check not only your spelling but your choice of spacing! Another thing-- several questions have come up as to the fit of this bracelet. I would agree with those who answered that the stainless steel is strong but CAN be bent. I had to bend mine a bit smaller so it would be secure on my wrist, but with some effort it was simply done. If you're not sure it will fit perfectly You ARE able to adjust it fractionally.

While the bracelet seems good quality and well made, it's tiny and seems to be impossible to bend!.It's supposed to be 8" in circumference (just where the metal is, not including the opening), my wrist is 7" all the way around. Didn't think it would be a problem. The 'hole' or opening is 1 1/4" across, my wrist is closer to 1 3/4". That extra 1/2" makes a BIG difference. I scraped myself up pretty badly trying to get it on and then realized I might never be able to take it off again so scraped myself worse taking it back off - I could see the marks on my wrist literally 6 hours later. Again, it appears to be impossible to bend it - we're afraid it might break if we get out a vice grip and tools. . . .I would say that this is only for very tiny wrists. It's customized so I'm sure I can't send it back but I won't be able to wear it and that's a bummer!!

I searched for a while for a medical alert bracelet that would be able to withstand the use and abuse I would put it through. Every bracelet and every ring I have, I’ve broken unless it was titanium band like my wedding band. Not only that, but I also work in the healthcare industry and I needed something that wouldn’t fade with constant bumping and washing.I love this band. It came even faster than expected! Seeing the result of the writing, I kind of wish I had put the information needed on the outside but I didn’t because I was worried about presentation. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. The cursive is really nice and as you can see on the inside the Ariel font isn’t too bad either. There’s no left over slag from the engraving, it’s smooth and the bracelet is very comfortable. It’s really well done. And it’s incredibly durable which is a huge plus for me because I know I would easily break a medical alert chain bracelet. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is active like me, has kids, or maybe even has an older adult that wanders so someone has contact info on them. This is a great and affordable alternative to traditional medical alert bracelets.I think the only thing that’s not so great about it is the medical alert symbol. The middle of the insignia is not very bold, but other than that, that’s it. I’m just going to take a red permanent marker and draw the insignia.Otherwise I love this bracelet and it gives a lot of peace of mind knowing that if I have an anaphylactic reaction, someone will know what my allergy is, my medications are with me, and to check my phone for my emergency contacts.

I am very pleased with this bracelet. I knew I didn't want a chain and tag bracelet, and this was perfect! It is very heavy duty, and as it was a bit big for me, I was able to bend it just a bit. I would recommend getting the black engraving... I got the standard engraving and it is well printed, it is a little hard to read. So if you can, get the black lettering. Very pleased.

It was due to be here on Aug 30th the latest and it’s here on July 20th! I only ordered it July 10th!Update: the bracelet keeps falling off! I wore it overnight and it did fall off several times especially when doing stuff around the house! I don’t have a thin wrist so that’s not the problem! I have a similar metal bracelet and it stays put because it is an oval shaped bracelet and this is very round! I couldn’t adjust the shape because the metal is too thick to try and manipulate! I’m going to see if I can find a friend to fix this and give another update!

The customer service was very good. However you have to pay postage to return.The engraving on the inside is barely visible. Isn't the entire point to alert medics in an emergency.The bracelet was quite large in diameter. So you either have to tighten it all the way, Then you can not remove it without help or leave it very loose and then it falls off.It bruised my wrist very badly many times due to this fit issue.The bracelet is very strong heavy metal. I'm sure if you never wanted to take it off and wanted it tight around your wrist it would serve it's purpose. But I needed the ability to easily take it off and on. Not possible by yourself. So it absolutely did not work for my needs. It does look nice, like a piece of jewelry so I tried to make it work. Alas it just was not a safe product for me to use.Thank you for the prompt refund.

Beautiful, dainty yet indestructible and great quality!

Finally received the product and it was noticeably scratched. The itallic "S" looks more like an "L".Other than the poor handling of the product causing its damage, it is otherwise nice looking. I have a larger wrist and it fits well. It can be worn with nicer attire unlike some of the other medical alert bracelets. Other than the "S" looking like a "L", the engraving was done well. I chose italic font for the front as the words are less noticeable unless you are directly reading it, and a different font for the inside of the bracelet.

Really pleased with this well priced, icuff bracelet. Very simple design and style but rather elegant. Not too bulky and sits nicely on the wrist. Very impressed with the clear engraving. Doesn't look anyway"medical "

Lovely design, clear wording. I thought the shine may dull and was unsure of how it would wear, but I've worn it constantly since I bought it and it still looks like new.I'm not a jewelry person so took me a week or so to get used to it being on my wrist, now I don't even notice it.Would highly recommend especially if you have allergic reactions you need people to be aware of.

Great customer service, really good product & engraving. Will definitely use again. Also arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected.

This is okay but I am not pleased with the fit, the engraving is good however. Maybe it is just the size of my wrist. I need someone to squeeze it closed after I put it on, as it is difficult for me to do.
