Corrected my infants protruding ears!
My first child has protruding ears. When my second child was about a month old, his right ear started protruding. I looked into various options to correct protruding ears. Most were expensive and required the baby to wear a visible device on their ears. I read mixed reviews on Amazon for this Otostick. I did some further research. I found a study on this product, that showed that when used for 12 months, most users were satisfied with the degree of correction of the protruding ears. I started using this product on the right ear when my baby was 6 weeks. Another reviewer mentioned that they trimmed the sticky surface area for their baby. I did this for the entire 12 months; it was definitely necessary to trim the product when the baby was so small. I used an alcohol prep pad prior to application. I left the otostick on until it started coming off. This was anywhere from a week to a month. I monitored the skin for redness. The otostick is clear which make monitoring easy. Occasionally, I noticed some redness after the sticker started to come off. I would leave it off for a day or two if there was any redness. I always used adhesive remove to remove the otostick when they started to come off. The left ear started protruding when the baby was approximately 12 weeks and I began using otostick on that side as well. For the right ear, I used otostick for a full 12 months. I used it for about 8 months on the left ear. I am super happy with the results. My baby’s ears do not protrude. I am guess that the earlier in baby’s development that this product is used, the higher likelihood of favorable results. This was a low cost, virtually invisible way to correct ear protrusion. Also of note, I never used the enclosed bonnet. I highly recommend this product. Make sure to use an alcohol prep pad before applying and have medical adhesive remover pads on hand to remove the product when it starts to come off!

Very bad
This project is very very bad for kids is not safe. It’s stick to their ears and it’s very hard to remove after you put it. I recommended not to buy very bad project specially for kids.

It works like it should but my son has sensitive skin and he developed rash with these . I don’t recommend if your kids have sensitive skin

Long term effects TBD
I can see this product is one of those that you have to try to see if it works on your particular case. For us, it's okay. My banybis 4 months old, has one ear that stick out. I started putting them on maybe 2 weeks ago. The first one I tried was a disaster. It stuck to itself and I had to throw it away. The second wasn't so bad, but I noticed it pulled on the skin of her head where it was attached to her ear (first photo). The size of the little oval was slightly big for my baby. So I removed it after two days and left her without them for maybe a week. Her ear started to stick out more, so I decided yo give these things another go.This time around I shaved some of the hair behind her ear. I also trimmed the little oval sticker about 1 mm around. I waited until she was completely asleep to put it on. It fit way better! And this time it didn't seem to pull the skin as much. It lasted about 5 days before it got dirty on the edges. Then it was very easy to remove with baby oil and a cotton swab. I let the skin rest for 24 hours and I put a new one on (second pic). So much easier this time.I think it's a matter of practice and adapting the little sticker to your own baby's needs. It's fine for us because it helps keep her ear from folding when she's lying on that side. And it doesn't cause any reactions to her skin. I feel like it should have at least a little benefit long term, since she's still young and the cartilage is still kind of soft (not as much as when she was a newborn, but oh well). I'll update in a few months.

Discreet Indeed and Definitely Worth it!
**EDIT** (adding a second photo)Removed the stickers and finished box #2: been wearing the nightcap a little inconsistently but recently more often, it’s the most important part. New pic with my baby’s updated ear placement without wearing the adhesives in both pics. We’ve almost been using the product 3 months, the recommended time for a 3 month old baby at start. One box lasts about a month. $75 total cost for this enhancement and placement correction. I’m pleased with the results. My 3 month old baby started using Oto-Stick just after her 3 month mark. I had a great feeling about this product after I went behind the scenes and read the research from their website and beyond (highly recommend doing this) I could not afford Ear-Buddies so this $24 option was an instant fix to my cute little baby’s stick-out ears. She has now been wearing Otostick for 1 full month. We just bought our second box. We use the nightcap. We follow the instructions with alcohol wiping before application and to help remove every 1-2 weeks (basically when they start falling off) This round of adhesives we managed two baths, swimming pool activity and river rafting. The adhesives don’t bother my baby (who loves to pull on her ears while nursing) They are very flexible and the best part is no one notices them anywhere we go in public. You get better at the tedious application after each adhesive swap, figuring out placement etc. Applying them is difficult, but once you get them on, you don’t have to worry about them for at least a week or more. I plan to post another picture later of final results ! A very nice product.
