This really zaps the zits, usually in a day or two. Watch out though. It's black. If you forget that you applied it, you are liable to get a little embarrassed out in public. Even if I wash it off, this stuff is likely to leave little patches of dead skin/zit. Apply a little face cream and you should be fine.

Not sure if it works or not. I am giving a 1 star review due due to recieving it today, 10/13/2022, but the expiration date on it is 9/2022. I know it's only a month past it, but I am putting this on my face. Not happy to have spent $32 on a small tube of already expired acne treatment.

This stuff is interesting. Comes in a very small squeeze tube, and is SUPER green - definitely chlorophyll in this, the ingredients don't lie. It has a thin gel-like consistency and goes on your face quite thin. The green color is still visible, though, and you need to massage it in well to keep from retaining crusty green splotches on your face.So far, I haven't noticed that it's done a whole lot of good, but I'll continue to use it in my acne first aid rotation.

Sometimes I put stuff on my face and walk away from the mirror and answer the door and someone sees a big giant black dot on my face, it's really embarrassing. So I try to stay away from anything that has color. Even overnight sometimes I forget to wash my face really well or I get in a hurry I know it sounds strange but it's happened more than once. Not a fan of the black. This looks okay, the it does fade after a day and looks better. It does work tho! My zit was almost gone by the next day. I have used it on others and it does work well.

This is a pretty effective salisylic acid spot treatment. Unlike most others I've tried, this one is black and is easy to see on the skin.I put this on a couple of whitehead pimples and left it while I worked at home, later in the day they had pretty much shrunk away.

I’m older, but I have oily skin, and once In awhile my face will break out a bit.I used something new on my face and it didn’t agree with my face. I used this on the zit, and it came out from the tube thick and clear.The next day before using this I shook the tube up, and out came black stuff!I put it on my zit and it dried up in a couple of days..That said is this suppose to be thick with black in it?I was not happy where the zit was a light color black!Although it washed off.This is very drying, and for me, I would only put this on a break out, not on anywhereElse on my face.

No matter what I do, my face is always breaking out a little here and there so I thought this salicylic acid spot treatment would be perfect at treating my acne. I use this after washing my face before bed and just a heads up, the color is a really dark green, almost black. The consistency is a thin gel and and it is easy to apply with the squeeze tube bottle. I really only need a little bit on each spot, and I left it on overnight and by the next day it definitely dried them out a bunch. In the morning I just peeled off the dried up gel and then went about washing my face and doing my usual morning routine. I like that I can use this to pinpoint specific spots on my face. Overall this has helped with my occasional acne.

I like to apply Naturopathica Chlorophyll and Salicylic Acid Spot Treatment as soon as I notice that something ugly might be appearing on my skin and this stuff pretty much dries out whatever uninvited guest is trying to appear on my skin. I like to use it mostly at night and only on spots to control acne or breakouts. I apply a thick layer directly on any blemish or pimple after cleansing and completely drying my face. The product appears black on the skin which is something I was not initially used to.
