Decarbing?
If you are looking at these bags with decarbing medicinal herbs in mind then the answer is yes. Yes, this is what you are looking for. I decarb using the boiling water method and these work perfect for that. I give it 100 minutes and it ready to be made into the edible of my choosing. If you want to use them with the oven method, they work for that as well. Just be sure to remove the orange clip before you put it in the oven. It WILL melt.

Great purchase! Easy clean!
Very easy to clean. Does an excellent job making tincture with vegetable glycerin. I did 2 batches of 2 cups glycerin with 80 grams of decarboxilated herb each. Ended up with 2 cups of tincture. Going to infuse butter next.

Sturdy and easy to close
These are sturdy and easy to close. It appears that the items I froze in them are not collecting freezer crystals the way that they did in zip lip bags do.

Not oven safe, the closure melted.
Would use for anything BUT the oven as the red closure melted and ruined one bag. Yeah, no.

Ehhhhh
Nothing special. Had to get them replaced as when the first one arrived they were so stuck together that it ripped as pulling apart. I suggest putting in a bucket of hot water for a few minutes to soften them up. Haven’t used them for decarb yet. Not sure how well it will work as u can’t seal them while in the oven . I might try metal paper clips .
