These taste great
I has to do gummies because I am not consistent otherwise. These have a nice flavor which helps me look forward to the next dose. I am taking for liver health as I am also reducing the amount of pain killers to avoid damaging my liver.

Changed the texture
I love these and they do help; however, the last bottle I received has a different texture. They used to be soft and easy to chew without sticking to your teeth. These are stiff and stick to your teeth. Did something change?
