Great and reliable attachment! We added it to our Ethos Power Rack.

Fits perfectly on my 3x3 rack under the safety arms without needing to rearrange anything. The design is just right to fit. I like that the pivot points sit on top of the attachment and the weight you put on it pushes the attachment against the rack so you get a solid anchor point for viking press and landmine exercises. The bushing to make it fit a 1 in hole locks into place with an allen wrench. Clever design and was just what I was looking for.

This thing is pretty awesome! It has a very solid build quality. I was able setup a 'poor man's ' shoulder press on my fitness reality power rack. I'm going to try to setting up a hack squat next!

I like the versatility of being able to set this up at whatever desired height. Can do rows or presses.My only issue was that the hole where you insert a screw cap into in order to secure the piece into a rack is the wrong size. It’s too small.Just gotta play with the setup a bit so that the whole assembly doesn’t wiggle up and down while performing your exercise.Otherwise, it gets the job done. Happy with this price.

Bought the 2x3 version and it fits perfectly. Way better than the ones you need a weight plate for.

I’ve used this with 185lbs of weight in it and had no issues at all. Very happy with it.
