Packaging could have been better as first one arrived cracked. Despite it being almost impossible to find a way to contact the supplier on the Amazon website, I finally managed it and the supplier replaced it within days. Mug is exactly as described and beautiful.

Visited by my friend of 30 yrs from the USA, I gave her this, she loved it, and I love the message that she took home with her....and knowing the fact that she will know she is loved every time she has a brew.

The media could not be loaded. The image quality isn't that of the image shown, in the description. Blurred and not sharpness.They sent me a second one out and it was just the same. It's blurred and you can't see clearly, what's in their hands, and the sharpness isn't there, to show the details in their hair. ive had a printed money box made for me; some years ago, by a friend, and that was a perfect image. Crystal clear.I've added photos, but It's difficult to photograph one to show you, as the camera phone actually enhances the image and doesn't show the true image as I see it.
