It isn’t a warm skirt -puffer and quilted description gives impression of a warm winter coat material, so don’t let that fool you. Still, it is perfect over leggings. The length is longer than other similar skirts I’ve purchased, so this has become my favorite skirt. Good for sports (walking, hiking) or for casual wear. Because it’s lightweight I see it as an all-season skirt.Also, it a true skirt not skort, which I avoid.
