The app is easy to install. Picture quality is good. I had to figure out how to use it... the instructions couls be better... I'm glad I purchased it because now I know that both of my tympanic membranes are ruptured, which explains my hearing loss. Would definitely buy it again.

Definitely easy to set up. I directly connected with OTG to my Android phone with the included USBC adapter.The picture quality is good, though I used a different app from the recommended one. I used "OTG View" which worked great. It's a little bit hard to maneuver in my ear but probably something I'll get used to.

The prob is too big to be able fully utilize the attachment. Orifices needs to big to use the attachment properly. I would say 3/4 inch or more. The camera quality is exceptional for a device like this. Installation was simple. Even though it's wireless video, you still have a cord that goes from the camera to the signal box which can defeat the full purpose of wireless. The cord can be in the way sometime. With all that said, the price match the technology. It's fair.

Product setup was very easy. The product came with a QR scan code for app download. Connects to iphone via bluetooth. The camera image was good for closeup. I inserted into ears, granted to inside of an ear is odd, but was able to see ear wax as well as eardrum membrane. There is an adjustable light at tip of camera.

This item is very user friendly and has many useful attachments. The application you download is also easy to use. The only downside is it is a fixed focus unit. It just takes a little practice to use.

What i dont like is the pick portion is way to big. It almost cover the whole ear hole.

It didn't work because of the app didn't install on my phone.

This is very good device with the price
