If you get the right ratio (1 part hong cho diluted with 3 parts water), it is a tangy, sweet, refreshing drink that is perfect for post workouts or hot days. I can't say much for its digestion claims, but this tastes way better than apple cider vinegar (which I know for a fact is good for you, but difficult to drink on its own) and makes me feel clean and refreshed. In theory, the combination of pomegranate juice and vinegar is fantastic for you, but until I actually see some difference in my digestion/absorption (which is so hard to pin down/track to begin with), I am more than happy with the placebo effect of pseudo-healthiness that this is giving me. If you approach this product with high hopes of better digestion and weight loss, you will probably be disappointed. If you are looking for a tangy, sweet drink that makes you feel relatively guilt-free, you should give this a shot!

Love this stuff. I mix it with my seltzer water or even with my soju(korean alcohol) hehe. I heard that this is healthy for you as well. I dont know why and haven't searched it but it sure does taste good. Cheers!

Didn't work!

I love this stuff, so yummy. I usually go 50/50 with Brita water from the fridge. I only gave it 3 and not 5 based on the price. It’s like $7.00 from H Mart or Lotte. I have 3 right by my place and only discovered after purchasing at this bogus price. Hope this helps.

I've been using the product for a while and have had a difficult time locating it at a reasonable price. Prior to purchasing the two bottles on Amazon I purchased the thee bottle pak for $21.00. Why the difference in price ($7.00 vs $15.00 per bottle).
