Hexaplate lite Lifepro pad. Didn't include remote!! Called for one to be mailed to me. She said 3 to 4 days! Am 83 years old and am anxious to use for nerve endings problems. Hope it comes soon!!

Easy claim process - even though the seller probably would have solved it too.
I purchased the additional warranty on a twin-size 16" EnerPlex inflatable mattress.It leaked a little when it arrived which wasn't uncomfortable, just needed a bit more air before the next night. Instructions and reviews both said this is normal (and I wasn't surprised because I've had several "camping" air mattresses). A few weeks past Amazon's return deadline he mattress started leaking a lot from a seam and after using both small patches included and a large repair patch I was unable to fix it.From the product reviews and the seller's reviews I don't have a reason to think they wouldn't have resolved the problem with me but the ASURION 2 Year Sporting Goods Protection Plan was great because it asked for specific information and photo evidence of the problem and the process was step-by-step easy (because this is what they do) and was given a refund within a few hours. It did say it could be up to 3 days or something so that might be slower around the holiday season or if photos don't show the damage well.
