The readings are clear, accurate, and incredibly easy to read. The backlit display is a fantastic feature, especially when working in dimly lit areas. It allows me to effortlessly obtain accurate measurements without any guesswork, saving me time and frustration.Another aspect that impressed me is the inclusion of two batteries. Works well
I'm revising my previous review. Their customer service contacted me and suggested removing the battery and reinserting it after a minute. This solved the problem and it's measuring correctly.Maybe I got a defective unit. After a few weeks it readings went all over the place. That is, I would first zero out the reading while both arms were on top of each other, then I'd move one arm towards the angle I wanted to measure. As the reading went 23, 23.5, 24, 294!!! What the hell? It should read 24.5 or something like that, but it went to 294?!? I repeated at different angles many, many times, and each time the measurement jumped unexpectedly. It is unusable. Waste of money. This is my 1st 1-star review ever.

Digital Angle Finder Protractor, Angle Finder
I ordered this to have on hand for various projects. It came in handy when building a shed. The roof was not any of the standard pitches, so this item made it possible for me to easily find my angle for rafters and duplicate them on the saw. It was easy to use and proved to be accurate. Quality is good and the display is sharp and readable outside. The price is fair. I am pleased with this purchase.

Great for Basic Angles
Pros: Easy to use and set.Cons: Gauge rounds up/down. I recommend this tool for projects that only need “close enough” angles. If you are looking for hyper accurate angle setting, buy a more expensive tool.

Does the job
Update - the seller reached out to me after seeing my review. They advised me to remove the battery for a minute and then reinstall it, claiming that should resolve the issue. Sure enough, it seems to have worked. Only time will tell if I run into this issue again, but so far so good - removing and reinstalling the battery seems to have fixed the issue.I'll try to update this after I have used it more if I remember. Review updated to 3 stars for now.Original review below:I initially liked this thing, but now it seems to have a mind of its own. I have owned it for less than 2 months and have barely used it. It has not been dropped or mistreated, it has just been sitting in my toolbox or on my desk since I got it.I can reset the angle to 0 degrees (at any position) and then move the arms around a little bit to try to take a measurement, and the measurement will be WAY off from what it should be.As an example, I spread the arms out to make a completely flat line and then reset the angle to zero. Then I moved the arm up, so it should have measured 90 degrees. It was way off. I moved it back to the original position, which should have been back to zero. Instead, it now reads 144 degrees.Previously I only messed around with it to get familiar with it. Today, I actually needed it for a project I am working on, but sadly it could not seem to produce a reading that is anywhere close to accurate.Based on my experience, I would not recommend you buy this.
