For how much you pay you would think it would be better

Awful plastic bottle
Tastes great, but unsure of the container it comes in. Was leaking all over my package (which contained other items) and had a large smash at the bottom of the bottle. Was leaking outside of the package and the driver didn't notice or try to say anything... Going to have to decant it which is isn't great considering the price and the fact that my other products are now coated and sticky.

Fragile
The product itself is great and tastes great, but the packaging is so fragile they always shatter on transport which is very sad and would make me avoid buying it in future

Very sweet
To use enough to make a white hot chocolate it is too sweet even for my grandson. Standard pump attachments do not fit the top either making it difficult to use.
