Very important to add to beef.
It is very good to put some on your steak or other beef. There's a pitch of sour taste to it too, but very mild. Our family loves it.

Tastes exactly like real Worcestershire sauce
I'm glad I found this, I have to have gluten-free plus I'm allergic to shellfish. And the anchovy in normal Worcestershire sauce has the same protein that causes allergic reaction if you're allergic to shellfish. And it has wheat free Tamari sauce in it .Definitely recommend, this is great sauce.

Limited shelf life after opening
The bottle says to refrigerate after opening. That I expected. It then says that once opened, it should be used within 3 weeks! Per the label there are 75 servings per container. Who is going to make 75 servings in 21 days? You would have to be some sort of restaurant to use that much.
