Yes! It is expensive but if you want a great tasting alternative to brown sugar that is not going to give you glucose spikes and keep your recipes tasting yummy, it is worth it!!I don't bake but make a BBQ that requires brown sugar and this works as well (if not better) than the real thing.And to have it using Monk Fruit as the sweetner brings joy to my body versus other sweetner alternatives.

This brown sugar replacement tastes quite good. It has the texture of regular brown sugar. The best thing is that it does not recrystallize after cooking. I used it to make a sugar free pecan pie and caramel sauce.

The product itself is great. Does taste like regular brown sugar. However, the package is all wrong. It comes in a "resealable plastic bag. The seal is not closed so before opening, the monk fruit product is all the way to the top of the bag getting into the "zip channels". That makes it impossible to reseal the bag. It must then be emptied into some other container.
