This product is the third different pest repeller l have now tried were the other 2 packed up after a few months.Your seems more robust and hopefully will be going for some time ,l have them now plug in for over three weeks in my loft and outhouse as an preventive measure to keep out any mice/rats.l have not noticed any spiders since using.Will follow up in 6 months to update

Ordered this as I had a rat, or rats in back garden, a didn’t want to be out with traps or poison!! To be fare I wasn’t expecting these to work, as rats are pretty clever thing a not much bother them!! As soon as I got them I plugged them outside in my summer house, easy to set up!! Was a bit worried they would upset the other wildlife, but didn’t seem to be the case!! These worked straight away, I kept going in to garden at different times of the day where I’d seen rats, but no sign of them, an no sound of anything scurrying!! To which I’m very pleased about!! They have been plugged in for two weeks now, a still no sign of anything!! I’ve been told if you don’t see any sign of rats after a week, then they are pretty well away!! Thankfully!! Would defo recommend these!! Good price, easy to set up!! A most important, they work!!!

Well, we dont have any more rats..... The product has three settiungs for differnt spaces . Its touch sensative and easy to see what setting its on. On the more intense setings it cycles though frequencies , setting 3 would be better for use outside of the home environment as its audible (to this human anyway ) Setting 2 I can just about hear one of the sounds but only just my wife cant hear it at all. setting 1 cant hear a thing. As to the rats....... well they havent come back . So its well designed, good build quality and easy to use . Good value for money .

I don't know what the designers of this pest repeller were thinking, but it makes very little sense. The device appears to use a frequency sweep over a period of a second or so. On the low setting, the output is inaudible to humans. On the medium setting, the lower end of the sweep drops into the range that my more than half-a-century old ears can hear and my much younger son finds intolerable. On the high setting, the frequency range changes again, so a considerable time is spent well within the human audible range.This is just plain weird. On the high setting, the pitch of much of the sweep is far too low to be of any use in deterring pests and it is guaranteed to annoy any human in the environment. Surely it would make more sense for the low/high/medium controls to change the gain (volume) rather than the sweep frequency range?

Well made, three settings, not bothered our meeces, they're still there, even though I've tried all settings. I'll see if it is effective once the mice have been caught and destroyed.
