Okay,Like any detox herbal remedies, some are more powerful than others. This product let's you know it's contents, but not necessarily it's concentration. The bottle only says take 1Mil / day. I would stick with that for a few weeks. I say this because I'm only on day 3 and I started feeling it's effects on day two. Much of the ingredients I'm familiar with, and all of which are excellent for a lymph cleanse.This total combination is powerful. DO NOT exceed the 1Mil/day for about a week. You could up it after, just go slow. Your getting your $ worth.... I am considering starting to take some Diatomaceous Earth and/or some charcoal in a few days. when your system releases what's in your nodes, it will dump into your blood and digestive system for removal. if you have a lot of built up toxins, YOU WILL FEEL IT.So go slow and (This is NOT medical advice, this is just my journey) It's step one of three. Next will be 3 day liver cleanse, followed by a 30 day parasite cleanse process. In six months I'll do it all over again for maintenance. This is a good product. It tastes like cough syrup. I place under my tongue, and allow to dissolve into my mouth.

Doctors. Could not help me,on a machine for swelling of my legs and feet, I WILL NEVER RUNOUT long as they keep making this product. No swelling no rash,I-can walk without a cane. Wonderful product THANK YOU

So far I absolutely love this stuff!! It taste great but not too much flavor where it’s hard to drink. I mix mine with a little bit of water

Premature to rate effects of this product, but it does seem to be allowing me to urinate during the day and get more rest at night.

Just started using. We'll see how it goes. The taste isn't bad taste like berry mix with kids cough syrup.

This works much better than pills to detox the lymph nodes. This is my suggestion. I'm not a doctor but just letting you know to start with 1/2 the dose, for a while, and work up to the required dose. This stuff works fast and you will be in the bathroom a while with cramping on a full dose. Your choice. This stuff does work great though.

Someone mentioned in the reviews to start slow. Now I see what she meant! Highly recommended and taste is actually great.
